The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

You are entitled to cancel Your Order for a service within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so.

Only regular priced services may be refunded. Unfortunately, services purchased on sale or as part of a special offer cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
If You cancel an ongoing subscription or service that has already commenced, You may be eligible for a partial refund depending on the amount of service utilized and the remaining balance. This will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
If a significant amount of the service has already been delivered, or if substantial progress has been made toward fulfilling your request, We may determine that a refund is not possible.
If the services were marked as a gift when purchased and assigned directly to You, You’ll receive a credit for the value of the service as a refund. Once Your refund request is processed, a credit will be issued to Your account.
If the service wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order assigned to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
